In January we are starting educational advising for the 2011 intakes of INSEAD, IMD, Columbia Accelerated Program, and the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School.

We have also started advising for the First Deadlines in October/2010

Advising students in their academic pursuit and career development has been a major component of the American Educational System. Several university courses and even majors are devoted entirely to this subject. Professor Paulo César has both studied this discipline during his doctoral program and worked directly with advising at the Bob Jones Testing Center Department, both in the US.

Since 1996, Professor Paulo César has advised over 1000 students into Extension Programs, Bachelor Degrees, Master, MBA and Doctoral Programs. All this work starts with fully understanding the academic and professional experience of the candidate, involving from administering psychological tests to confirm personal profile when needed, to discussing career progression, future plans and investments, and aligning all expectations to realistic goals and academic program.
