Professor Paulo César Porto Moraes Oliveira

He earned his Doctorate of Education from Bob Jones University. His doctoral dissertation was on Critical Reasoning Development through which he analyzed and studied several admissions tests. After earning his degree, he worked as an education consultant at the BJU Testing Services, administering tests and advising students in their educational development. In Brazil, Dr. Paulo Oliveira has had extensive experience in advising students in the application process for international universities as well as in training students to master the English language both for admission tests and academic purposes.

Neusa M. S. Moraes Oliveira


She obtained her Bachelor’s of English Education from Grace College and her Master’s Degree in Educational Human Resources from Bob Jones University, both in the United States. In Brazil, Neusa did postgraduate work both in Linguistics Applied to the Teaching of English as a Second Language at PUC and in Business Administration at FGV. She also earned her Official Translator title in 2000. Her work with students’ advising and English teaching began in 1995.

Liliane Carvalho

She graduated with a Law Degree from Mackenzie and specialized in English Translation and Interpretation at Associação Alumni both in Brazil. Liliane first earned her Michigan Proficiency Certificate and later obtained her TESOL Certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of California, Riverside, in the United States. She taught English at CEL-LEP in Brazil for 3 years. Her international experience includes living, working and studying in Singapore for 5 years. She joined our team as a teacher in 2000 and she has participated in lectures and workshops related to the teaching of English since then.
